General
Membership shall be open to all individuals in good morale character
and interested in the objectives f the club.
Application
for membership shall be made in the form and manner prescribed by
the club membership.
Some
of the requirements for membership:
- Must
have a motorcycle endorsement on their license, be insured and
own a road ready distance motorcycle 750CC or more.
- Any
motorcyclist of good moral character.
- Must
educate themselves and others on the history of the Buffalo
Soldiers.
- Must
actively support the club and its functions
- Must
complete a six (6) month probation period.
- Must
complete 2,000 buffalo soldier miles. Buffalo soldier miles
consist of miles ridden with the club and to and from meetings
or events sanctioned by the club.
- Must
complete three (3) club sanctioned events. One event must
run over night with a minimum mileage of 400 miles one-way;
with two (2) or more members that are in good standing.
- Must
complete a membership application
- Must
attend the majority of club meetings within the six month period.
